Community Projections: Hitters E-mail
Written by TwinsTerritory
Thursday, 27 March 2008

We aren't going to do any fancy community projections this year. We won't go player-by-player and get your stat projections. Instead, I've made a list of all thirteen position players on the team and have come up with three questions regarding each.

Feel free to answer any or all of the projections, I think this could be fun and something we can look back on when the season ends. By the way, pitchers will go up tomorrow morning.

Carlos Gomez:
Number of steals?
Outfield assists?
Will he be in Minnesota all season?

Joe Mauer:
Batting average?
Number of games?
Will he win another batting title this season?

Michael Cuddyer:
Homeruns?
Outfield assists?
How long will he bat third?

Justin Morneau:
Over/Under 40 HR?
How many RBI?
Will he win a Gold Glove in ‘08?

Delmon Young:
How many HR?
Will he get to 100 RBI?
Will he play at least one game in center?

Jason Kubel:
Over/Under 15 HR?
How many RBI?
Will he last as the designated hitter?

Brendan Harris:
Double-digits in HR?
Games at second?
Will he last the whole season as the starter?

Mike Lamb:
Will he get close to 20 HR?
How many errors at third?
Number of at-bats?

Adam Everett:
Batting average?
Over/Under 10 errors?
Will he hit at least four homeruns?

Mike Redmond:
How many hits?
How many runners will he throw out?
Will he hit .300 off the bench?

Nick Punto:
Over/Under .210?
How many games?
Will he be with the team all season?

Craig Monroe:
Homeruns?
Steal or Bust?
Will he play in center at least five times?

Matt Tolbert:
Days in the majors?
Average in the big leagues?
How many games will Tolbert start?
