Denard is having a good day at the plate.

He has had a good series against Seattle.

Him, Kubel and Harris have been the highlights for the offense.

So far, this game has been nothing but a headache if you are a Twins fan.

Span's double clear the base for the Twins to get this lead.
Mariners got on the board by getting to Blackburn in the middle innings.
Blackburn has been okay at best, and even then I am not that impressed.

I am not that secure about this game.

When you look at the Twins' problems now, you can't help but miss Santana. Unfortunately, he wanted to leave here so that's tough. The Twins had to trade him. It's too bad Santana force the Twins' hand.

That's been the Twins luck this series, that was about an inch foul...

The Twins better make this a big inning.

Right now, they need to come up big here.

I'm not even going to say anything, I kinda expected something like that the way the series has went.

Wait, I will say one thing. No more homerun derbys. I know that's a stupid excuse, but Morneau is hitting just above .250 since the break and that's an easy thing to blame it on.

Morneau has been crap on the road all season.

He is completely different at home.

Reyes will face three straight lefties. Hopefully he can make it quick...

Dennys has to get it done.

He may have to go two here because that's the only way the Twins are going to win.

I wonder who the 8th inning option would be. Bass might be the only guy, because I don't see it being Crain or Guerrier.

The home run derby has nothing to do with it. Josh Hamilton has continued to play great. Morneau has just not found the magic away from the Dome in the last two years. He has been one of the worst hitters actually on the road. At home, Morneau has been fine so I don't buy the HR derby theory.
