The Twins will continue their roadtrip tonight with a final stop in Detroit for a two-game series. So far, the Tigers haven't been good to say the least, but with their offense, they are a scary thought at anytime.

The Twins will send Nick Blackburn for the first game at 6:05 CT.

I like the Twins' chances to win.

Blackburn has been amazing. He just works fast and get it all done. He is a good blueprint what pitchers should do, which is get out of the inning fast even though that's easier said than done since you have to be so good.

He got out of the first inning unscathed.

Good guys lead 2-0.

Good job with the base-hitting.

Harris drove Delmon in and Mike Lamb drove Brendan home.

Let's hope Nick can get the win with this run support.

Man this Tigers hitting team is atrocious.

Everyone thought that they would be the best hitting team in the majors this year, but that's a lineup that looks old out there. They can't even hit out of the outfield. I think age has played a role in their struggles. Blackburn got out of it with ease.

It would be a disgrace if he loses tonight.

Detroit is disgraceful this year...they cant hit right now and they cant field....and they definately cant pitch!! This will be a good game for the Twins!

I had them winning it all, but after watching them, there are couple of signs that indicate why the Tigers are bad. I think age has caught up with them particularly with Pudge and Sheff, who look like they are done. Their bullpen is horrible now that Rodney and Zumaya are out probably for the year. Willis and Robertson stink. Kenny Rogers can't pitch forever. I think they are done. I should have paid more attention to the Tigers before I made that prediction.

Just wanted to know what happens after Blackburn against Pudge in the 5th.

This Tigers team is atrocious.

Tigers is one of the surprising news of early season. They're an aging team. They are loaded, but I think they're overloading with too much All-Stars, etc, mixed with some relatively new players like Thomas.

Not going to talk too much on those Tigers (hence I'm a diehard Twins fan) right now and am hoping for a Twins victory tonight at Comerica Park.

It surely is funny seeing JJ batting ninth.
