Back in the summer of 2006, Twins Territory was born. There wasn’t much of a reason for the start other than to share thoughts and opinions and interact each day with Twins fans around the world. The site started off small like most do, but it grew over time, and reached a point where consistent readership was finally achieved.

The design of the site has been tinkered with many times since the start. Other than writing and talking about the Twins, the web design aspect has been just as much fun.

After being at Blogger for nearly two years, Twins Territory decided to team up with Derek Hanson, the creator of TWolvesBlog, at the start of 2008 for something completely new. We teamed up with him to provide readers a cool look, as well as great features. Since the switch, we have continued to grow, and continued to change up the look every now and then.

In the winter of 2008, we officially joined the Bloguin Network, a blog network started by Derek right after we teamed up. The plan all along was to join forces, and we plan to continue to work on the baseball side of things with Bloguin.
